Terms & Conditions:

1. Our WAITING Time Allowance is 10 mins. Thereafter, there will be a surcharge of $10 for every 15min of waiting.
2. A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled rate will be levied if a cancellation is made after our team has already been dispatched.
3. Saturday charges will be only be 2 & 3 hour service rates. For booking of Same day services on Saturday, Call before 11am, items will be collected before 1pm and sent before 1pm on the next working day.
4. Items must be ready for collection when booking is done with D3 Express Pte Ltd. If our team arrived and Items are not ready, a fee equivalent to 50% of the schedule rate will be charged.
5. Unsuccessful deliveries will be brought back to office, Proof of delivery note will be used. 2nd attempt to the same location will be on the next day free. 3rd attempt will be chargeable.
6. There will be no specific timing for Same Day Service, It will be sent according to our delivery schedule. Should there be specific timing from customers, it will be charged as the 3 hour service rates.
7. Weight/dimension of item will be taken by our operation team, charges will be accordingly. (e.g. 2 parcels sending to a single location have a total weight of 10kg. Please refer to our FAQ for more information.
8. For 2 way trip within the same day will be 2 x the 3 hour service rates.
9. Rates are subjected to changes without prior notice.
10. Customer needs to ensure the proper packaging of their items/goods. D3 Express Pte Ltd's Liability is limited to and shall not exceed $100 per consignment or delivery and NOT liable for any future or indirect losses. Fragile Items needs to be indicated.
