Do you have 1 hour service?
Not at the moment.
How to book? What information do i need to provide?
We can be reached by email (info@d3express.com.sg)
or phone. Please provide us the collection / delivery address, collection
/ delivery contact person, number, (company name if any) and the type
of service you required. For customers booking the first time, please
provide us your company details. Thank you.
How to apply for the corporate account & the credit terms?
Please call us in advance 3 days to apply.
What do you mean by 2 way trip within the Same day?
It means another trip is needed after the usual collection
and delivery.
(ABC company needs to send out a parcel 5kg and require us to collect
documents back to its office within the same day)
Jurong>>>Bukit Merah>>>Jurong Rates =($16 (5kg) + $14 (less than 3kg)
=$30)
(if ABC company instruct us to send back the documents the next day.)
Jurong>>>Bukit Merah>>>Jurong Rates =($10 (5kg) + $8 (less than 3kg)
=$18)
Can i have discounted price if i got a large quantity of deliveries?
If you have a large quantity and very frequently deliveries daily or weekly, please call for enquiries,
If its for one time only, The rates above will apply.
How do i know whether my goods are safe?
For those goods being put at our warehouse overnight, rest assured that it will be locked and there will not be any goods
left inside our vans overnight.
What do you mean by Specific timing?
For those who wanted same day service and give us specific timing to collect the items at 3pm or deliver items at 4pm
will be under Specific timing charges which is 3 hours service rates or 4,2 hours whichever apply.
