1. Ad Hoc Delivery

   Adhoc delivery This is usually used by online, newly set up businesses or individuals who occasionally send a parcel or smaller volume of deliveries. Corporate companies whose dispatch staff are on leave or on MC would prefer this too. We would advise the customers to use this type of delivery because it actually help them to cut down their costs instead of buying a van, hiring driver of their own which cost them even more, finding replacement staff to do 2-3weeks work may be difficult or hazardous. 2. Scheduled Delivery

   This is usually used by bigger SMEs in Singapore who averaging 20 deliveries daily or even 4000-5000 deliveries per month. The problems of having drivers going on leave, sick leave, taking the wrong goods or even MIA(missing in action), vans needed to go maintenance, breaking down half way during deliveries, is a lot tedious chores to handle by yourself. 3. SMS Notification/ E-Tracking

   Through our experiences, we realize that some of our customers would like to know the estimated arrival time, usually would call to enquire on the time. Our customers' customers would like to hear from the delivery guy on the estimated arrival time too.
